Clarity comes when one remembers how to look inward.
We understand the world as we look out, however it is our inner gaze and the light we find in the inner darkness that will give birth to our life. We are linked to knowledge and understanding beyond ourselves, however that knowledge is short-lived, ephemeral as a sunset, hug us a few moments and soon disappear. Still, internal clarity is maintained and shelters us from the densest clouds. Where the darkness seems that nothing hints, if you have light inside, you can see and discover.
Embrace the light of your interior, do not lead in vain out one day and another, but discover the light that inhabits self-knowledge.
The meditation work begins in self observation and ends when you stop being a mirror with the world and you become a transparent crystal. There is no longer anything to hide, everything is such clarity that quickly through your gaze you can discover the whole universe.
When you walk, think of your walk, not where you’re going or what you did where you came from. When you eat you think of the taste and the chewing, not what you’re going to put in your mouth a second later. When you hug, think of love, not control, possession or emotions that control you and move you. Stay in the present moment living and vinculándote with movement and change.
When one works the clarity does not move towards what it may be, but to the present. Everything hidden is present, in the present instant, about to be revealed if one dares to observe.
What we call the being, the divine, looms behind each of the rays of clarity of your gaze.
When you look inside, three things can happen:
One. May your gaze see the world as a reflection of your interior as a mirror.
So when you look out you will see a reflection of all that you are and what you live. We are frightened of this reality and we can ignore it many times. It’s not as easy as it seems to discover what your external world reflects, because through your belief and blurred vision you will not be able to see clearly even if you want your inner world. So, the more you look inward you discover the resemblance in the outside world. So a person who feels “rich” internally can situate himself in the midst of a completely desolate landscape, in a miserable life, without a home, without work, without a way of life, and yet continue to feel a lot of wellbeing and tranquility. The “rich” economically but poor in spirit may believe that the person who lives in poverty is also “poor” inside, without recognizing the light in that person and where he is where nothing affects his material experience.
However the person who feels “rich” feels that a piece of bread is more than enough and holds it with affection and gratitude. He treads barefoot and feels grateful to the soil and bathes in dirty or temperate water and feels rejuvenated and changed. He sees neither poverty nor misery, sees no desolation, but sees his faith and his feeling of wealth.
In contrast we see the one who is “rich” economically but “poor” spiritually who will think of having little that is a punishment, who will feel that those who do not have or live with less than he can not be happy. That he is not able to imagine happiness beyond himself.
In life we find many rich and poor in heart, mind, spirit.
When at first you are a mirror, inside and in your outer world, you will find a reflection of what you live internally, just like a mirror. The world will show you your greatness and your weaknesses. Clear example is so many people who “do not see” what happens around them, pointing out that they do not see what happens inside.
When this is the look that is in your life there is still not enough clarity and therefore you need to work more on self observation and meditation. It is possible that throughout your life this is your look at the world, take this look to learn to love you and to see you with honesty and humility.
Two. Let your gaze be like a transparent glass.
There is no mirror and in that moment everything you see is transparent and clear. Outside the trial there is an expansive and sincere look. It’s the look of an important vision. This is where contemplation arises. Do not see to know, do not look to discover, you look to live and through your eyes and knowledge of the world experience and feel. Your gaze becomes clear and honest. Thus, through humility one discovers himself and when he looks out he discovers the whole in his expansion. There is no fear, no doubt, no pain. The transparent person nothing hidden, everything encompasses him from his experience. It does not subject any change, it does not hold any information, it lives, intensely, and quickly discards and ends. The same way you open the door to an experience, close the door. With a full heart and a mind in peace.
You know that your experience is like a transparent crystal when there is no attachment to what you live. You quickly experience a transformation, instantly and instantly. One is involved with the experience as it is presented, does not deny it, but embraces it and allows it to go.
Three. Your gaze becomes like the light of a sun.
One becomes the light that illuminates. Just as the experience that surrounds you is not simply transparent and clear, but also illuminates and gives you a transformative and complete vision. A vision that cannot be analysed with the mind. A complete experience is transformed into an authentic knowledge, and not a ephemeral knowledge that will eventually devirtualize. And the only way to gain real and profound knowledge is through an experience from your being. A mystical and transcendental experience where you are not seeing a reflection of yourself, you are not seeing reality, but that reality is being seen by the light that illuminates it. You discover the innate intelligence in everything that surrounds you and discover the harmony of life, the equilibrium of the cosmos
To get clarity one must overcome the inner shadows. First look like a mirror, and observe the world as a mirror. Day after day work on self observation and cleanliness. Until discovering that the look is clean as a crystal, nothing reflects because nothing contains, is totally spontaneous and pure. Once there work the experience from the clear light, allow the light, the intelligence that all encompasses, enlighten and harmoniously living the inner world and the external world. And so there comes an experience from the light.
