Vipassana means seeing things as they are.
It’s about meditation that helps us connect with the essence of the mind.
The first step is to have developed a good quality meditative through the shine. Once we have attained full attention and mental quietude, we go on to work the inner vision in order to achieve a transcendental vision. And really although this work is defined as a concrete practice, really through the development of the shine, the deep vision comes easily and naturally.
When we speak of a transcendental vision, we do not speak of a vision in the mind, but a vision that pervades our being, a truly transforming experience of totality and connection.
Vipassana meditation will allow us to concentrate on an object and analyze it. That is why it is a analitíca meditation that will help us to become aware of the five aggregates and obtain an understanding of our nature and reality.
Practice is simply continuous observation, carried to the point that we can become aware of the chain of actions and reactions that come from every act.
It is usually done with a sequence of up to several days, usually 10, where the practice is carried out continuously and without any further detail, during 24 hours a day. That is why it is important to have a previous meditation work and to carry out the practice with supervision.
Through this beautiful practice we can go to the essence of every thought, emotion, feeling, form, not form, experience that manifests us, achieving understanding impermanence and connect with the essence.
