Learning to meditate is to live a love story with oneself. You sit with the sole aim of looking at you, to know you, to recognize you, to value you, to recharge your energies, to remove your bad herbs, to take care of you. Sit in a comfortable posture, with your back straight and looking for a balance in your body.
It’s important that you learn to breathe first. Listen to your breath, sit it down. Feel how you are right after breathing, how you feel between breathing and breathing. How the breath is lived inside you.
Every day a little befriend your body breathing. Don’t try to escape from what you are, don’t try to get any farther. It’s just about being with yourself.
The real temple, it’s in you.
The road, it’s in you.
The ego will want more, learn to listen to how it asks more. If you naturally notice how you progress, how you find yourself more comfortable in your silence, if you eventually notice the changes in your mind, perfect, just avoid thinking about them, avoid looking for them.
Sometimes a feeling of fulfillment, a clear vision, a message, becomes a desire more, in an attachment that we must learn to liberate.
In the time you are with you, appreciate the silence, learn to listen to the silence as you hear all the noise in you, learn to listen to you through the silences and not so much of the noises.
For a while a day, just listen to yourself, know, love.
Then become infinity
