It is a simple practice aimed at feeling joy and joy through the successes of others.
Similar to the practice of Matta Bhavana we will seek to feel bliss in the same order, although we can practice this meditation at any time and in any circumstance:
1º we practise rejoicing with the successes of a nearby
2º we practise the rejoicing with the successes of an indifferent person
3º We practice rejoicing with the successes of a person who is difficult for us
4 º We practise rejoicing with the successes of all beings
5th we practice rejoicing with our own successes
Beyond the material or the illusory, we seek to feel rejoicing in the life and existence of all beings, feeling joy, gratitude and happiness towards everything that surrounds us, a feeling that will gradually emerge in US naturally.
