Shine in Tibetan, Samatha in Sanskrit, is the art of staying calm mind
The shine develops in very different ways, but mainly we will realize that it is necessary the constancy. Basically we will find three methods:
1. Attention in breathing
2. Concentration in a specific visualization (usually a bright sphere in the brow)
3. Practice of resting without distraction
For this, as with any practice in meditation, we must take into account the following aspects:
> We accept everything that arrives, avoiding to suppress what comes to our life.
> We release in the same way everything that goes. With this we avoid not going into thoughts, development, rejection, or evaluating as good or bad, etc.
These two steps say, “Come and Go”
You enter totally, without idea, without expectations, without judgment, with heart and mint open, accepting and feeling.
Salts, without fear, without haste, without judgment, letting go. Letting it be.
